This June, Laguna Beach Cultural Arts Center is proud to kick off a very special Summer Concert Series featuring world-renowned Concert Guitarist (& Laguna Beach native) Eric Henderson, with his super quartet, Malaga. 

Malaga consists of Curtis Mathewson and Richard Bredice alternating on electric guitar, Eric on Spanish guitar, Jimmy Perez on bass and Frank Cotinola on drums (also legendary home grown musicians in their own right… hint: Missiles of October). This series of concerts will take place every two weeks from June 2 to Aug 25.

For the first half of each concert, Eric will present solo Spanish classical concert guitar works. 

For the second half, the quartet Malaga will be performing a wide range of music, including new songs and classic rock gems, such as “Little Wing” by Jimi Hendrix and the Stones’ “Paint It Black.”
