In addition to touring as a Concert Guitarist, Eric is dedicated to creating original compositions, expanding repertoire and education for classical guitar.

While trained by Classical masters, Eric has retained an innovative spirit, and he reflects his deep respect for tradition in a quest to progress the art form, sometimes into unconventional areas.

Eric has relentlessly experimented with new directions for the classical guitar in his pursuit to expand the instrument’s capabilities and reach a wider audience. An example of this eclectic approach to repertoire is expressed in his piece Guitarra.

Henderson has released nine albums, including Castilian Nights, Faces, Cathedral Heights, All My Soul, Encore, Guitarra, In the Spanish Tradition and Guitar Grace.

He is also well known for mesmerizing audiences with his arrangements of rock classics, such as “Paint it Black” by the Rolling Stones and “Little Wing” by Jimi Hendrix.
